CHENNAI: A pregnant woman passing on a bicycle after a traffic inspector picked up a bike carrying a helicopter carrying her for checking helmet. Her husband, who runs a bike, suffered serious injuries. The incident took place in Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu. Traffic police held a helmet on Wednesday near Tuvakotti Tolpelja in Tiruchirapalli. The traffic inspector Kamaraj attempted to stop Raja, who along with his wife was not wearing a helmet. But Raja stopped the bike.
Immediately after another bike, Kamaraj stabbed Raja bike on the Tiruchirappalli-Thanjavur highway. Then the couple on the bike fell under control. The four-month pregnant Usha was taken to the hospital and the victim lost his life. The police rushed Kamaraj to judicial custody on the incident. Palaiswamy, who was saddened by the death of Usha, has lodged a compensation of Rs 7 lakh to the family members of the deceased. Kamal Haasan, founder of the party, founded the party’s Rs 2 lakh financial assistance to the Usha family.
