HYDERABAD: Telangana Congress legislators Komatireddy Venkatar Reddy and Sampath Kumar have been questioned in the High Court on Thursday following the dissolution of the legislature. In the Assembly on 12th of this month, the Governor’s Speech has ordered the Assembly Secretary to deliver all original video footage on a sealed cover on 22. The inquiry was held on Thursday and the government asked the Advocate General High Court to make more time for videos. The Advocate General said that the case will be submitted to the CBD on June 27th and the counter will be filed.
On the other hand, the High Court has already directed the Central Election Commission (EC) to take no action on the Gazette notification issued by the state law and legislative affairs of the Nallagonda and Alampur constituencies that are represented by Congress MLAs.
